Ever since opening in April 1998 our aim has been to help our members improve their fitness, feel healthier and relax without turning their visits to the club into a chore. 

The club has a laid back, relaxed atmosphere but there is always someone on hand to give you the professional advice that you may be looking for regarding your exercise programme.

We want you to feel that you are among friends when you use the club. We are one of the smallest independently run clubs in the country and want to remain as an important part of the Community in Ardee and Mid-Louth.

We try to get to know all our members personally and welcome any chance to help them with their fitness queries.
