Stephenstown Pond, Knockbridge

Stephenstown Pond is a community run attraction consisting of woodlands, walkways, fishing facilities, playground, restored 18th century cottage, coffee shop and recently opened enterprise centre. The project has evolved over a number of years and is very popular with families, history buffs (the cottage was once the home of Agnes Burns, sister of the famous Scottish poet Robbie) and nature lovers.
